I love my Enviro Cloth.
Its versatility simplifies my life. It’s also eliminated my need for harsh chemicals, making ME the earth’s new BFF.
Now, Norwex has created an Enviro Cloth with a twist. One with a scrubby corner, the Norwex Scrubby Corner Cloth!
Why you want this: Because it gives you more time to eat dark chocolate
What!?! Just keep reading…
When & where you should use it:
When you’re in the bathroom or kitchen, the Norwex scrubby corner cloth is a must!
- Smooth top stove, or all stoves, for that matter
- Kitchen sink
- Counter tops (just be careful on granite and marble)
- Floors – for those mystery, dried on bits that need a quick spot clean
- In the Fridge – again, dried on mystery splatter…
- Bathroom Floor – more mystery splatter!
- Bathroom Sink & Counter… which I will now talk about in depth
My only issue with the original Enviro cloth has always been that it takes intensive rubbing to get those dried on toothpaste blobs off the bathroom counter and sink. If I could, I’d put a ‘dislike’ button right here for all of you to click and protest the blobs, because I know they drive you just as crazy as they do me. I’d like to deviate and rant about how messy a bathroom sink can get in just one day when children have used it, but I will take a deep breath and remain focused!
So, the scrubby corner makes eliminating the caked on toothpaste blobs a cinch. It also gets into those little cracks that need extra scrubbing. Like the one between the sink and the seal-thing on the edge. I’m obviously not good at describing it, so here’s a picture
VIEWER DISCRETION IS ADVISED: DIRTY photo to follow
This close-up photo is before the edge has been cleaned. There’s some lint and strange gunk in there. I feel embarrassed to be sharing this macro photo with you:
Let’s get rid of that filth, shall we?
Here’s my fancy demonstration photos of how to use the scrubby corner:
STEP1: Wet cloth and insert finger into corner.
STEP 2: Scrub!
Step 3: take a photo of your efforts, because you’re weird
And here’s the clean result.
Ta-da! Life. made. easy.
When you shouldn’t use it:
Its scrubby corner is in the way if you’re just cleaning windows (unless a small child has flung berry smoothie all over your patio door, and you’re finally cleaning it 3…or 30, days later). And I wouldn’t risk using it anywhere near the beloved television screen.
Who should buy the Norwex Scrubby Corner Cloth:
If you don’t have a basic Enviro cloth yet, make that your first Norwex purchase. I would recommend, however, that you ALSO purchase this Scrubby Corner cloth with it. If you have an Enviro cloth and want another, make sure you purchase the Scrubby Corner cloth to compliment your cleaning needs!
Can I just reiterate that the convenience of this process eliminates the plaguing thoughts of how annoying your dirty house is? It clears your mind. You can add it to your list of coping strategies. When you don’t think you can take the chaos anymore, and you need two minutes to yourself and SOMETHING off your to-do list, I suggest you try this: “KIDS! It’s time to play hide-and-seek, and Mommy’s hiding first!” This is when you lock yourself in the bathroom and quickly clean the toothpaste blobs while they’re looking for you! Make sure you tuck some dark chocolate in your back pocket, because you’re going to hide in the dark, scary basement next, and you know you’ll have time to enjoy that chocolate while your children wander around the house looking for you for at least a good 10 minutes!
