I’m excited about this program because of how simple it’s going to make life for those of us that love Norwex and never want to run out. It’s a very simple process to set up the first time too. I’ll share the steps with you later in this post to make it even easier!

Here’s What I’m Excited About
- You don’t have to run out of your favorite Norwex again. Is there anything worse than realizing you only have two loads of Ultra Power Plus detergent left?! Or going to wipe down the shower, only to realize you’re all out of Descaler?
- You don’t have to add anything to your to-do list. You set up your schedule at sign up time, and then you don’t have to think about it again (unless you need to change the frequency, which is totally doable!). I don’t know how many times In the span of a month I think, “Oh right, I need to order that.” And it takes me forever to go order it {I’m leaving this website to go order something right now that I’ve been meaning to order for weeks!}
- Subsequent orders save 10%! Here’s a scenario to explain: Let’s say you set up autoship for Ultra Power Plus, Mattress Cleaner and Fresh Produce Wash. You choose for them to ship out every 3 months. Your first shipment arrives. 3 months later, they are automatically shipped out. Who is this program for?
This program is ideal for the individual that hates to run out of Norwex. It’s also great if you prefer to not think about replenishing low items. If you have a lot of items on your to-do list, this is a great program for you, as it means you have one less thing to scratch off your list.
How frequently do my items ship?
You choose! This is a flexible subscription program, so you choose the frequency of each item, depending on when you’ll need it.
Can I make changes after I set it up?
Yes! You can change your ship date, frequency, and quantity. You can also choose to skip a delivery or cancel at any time.
When am I billed for my shipment?
Your order will be charged to your credit card the day the order is shipped. You can cancel any order up to 24 hours before your next ship date.
Will any reminders be sent?
You’ll receive an email reminder before an order is sent. If the email triggers a reminder in your brain that you wanted to make a change, you’ll have time to made any modifications.
What items are available to purchase through AutoShip and Save?
This program offers many of the Norwex consumable products. You’ll see the option to during the checkout process.
How Do I Order?
I’ll walk you through the steps with some screen shots to show you how it’s done. You can do this process on your desktop or laptop computer, on your phone, or with the Norwex App.
Instructions to Order on a Computer

Step One: Go to www.suzanneholt.norwex.biz
Step Two: Login. You’ll find the Login on the top right corner:If you haven’t created an account before, you can click ‘sign in’ and you’ll be given the option to create an account. You simply add your name, email, address and create a password.
Step 3: Shop the website for the item(s) you would like, adding them to your cart. You’ll see that when you click certain items, there is an option to ship once, or to Auto Ship & Save. “Deliver one time only” is the default option. You’ll want to click the “Autoship & Save” option, then add to cart.
Step 4: Choose the frequency you want your item shipped to you. You can choose anywhere between 1-6 months. You can shop multiple items at one time, choosing the same frequency, or different frequencies.
When you view your cart, you’ll see in the Autoship & Save column the frequency that you chose. You can click the drop down arrow to adjust that if needed, before you continue.
Before you submit your cart, you will see a summary of your orders. Anything that you chose the Autoship option for will have the Autoship symbol beside it.
Final Step: Complete your order. The items you’ve purchased will ship right away. They’ll ship again based on the frequency you chose. You’ll receive an email reminder before it ships.
Instructions to Order on a Mobile

If you’ve never created a Norwex account before, click Customer Login and you’ll be given the option to create an account. You simply add your name, email, address and create a password. It will take two minutes tops!
Step 2: Shop the website for the item(s) you would like. You’ll see that when you click certain items, there is an option to ship once, or to Auto Ship and Save. “Deliver one time only” is the default option. You’ll want to click the “Autoship & Save” option.
Step 3: Choose your shipping frequency from the drop down menu. You can choose anywhere between 1-6 months. You can shop multiple items at one time, choosing the same frequency, or different frequencies
Step 4: Complete your order. The items you’ve purchased will ship right away. They’ll ship again based on the frequency you chose. You’ll receive an email reminder before it ships.
How to Order AutoShip on the Norwex App
First, you’ll want to make sure you have the Norwex Shopping App on your phone. Seach “Norwex Shopping” in your app store and download it.
Step One: Login on the website or App. To login on the App, you’ll need to tap the hamburger menu first

Want to Make Changes? How to Edit your AutoShip Order
You can edit your Autoship settings at anytime. Simply login to your Norwex account. Tap the drop down arrow beside your name, and select “AutoShip & Save Orders.”
Choose the Edit Pencil Icon beside the item you’d like to make changes to (or, if you’d like to delete it, simply tap the trash can icon)
You’ll get a pop up box, where you can make changes in quantity, frequency, as well as the next ship date. It’s really that easy!
